One-time purchases, what is refundable, and how cancellation works.
1. One-time purchases
Premium listings and done-for-you directory submissions are one-time payments per startup. They are non-refundable once delivery has started (the listing is live, or the first directory submission has been made), but they are transferable to another startup you own if you ask before delivery starts.
2. Sponsorship placements
Sponsor tiles and rail ads are booked for a fixed period. You can cancel before the period starts for a full refund. Once live, the remaining days are non-refundable, but you can swap the creative at any time.
3. Done-for-you submissions
If we cannot submit to the promised number of directories (for example your category is rejected by most of them), we refund the difference pro rata. You receive a report with every live link; disputes must be raised within 14 days of the report.
4. Subscriptions
If a subscription plan is offered, you can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges are made. Partial periods are not refunded.
5. Mistakes on our side
Double charges, failed deliveries or listings removed by us for reasons unrelated to the terms are refunded in full. Write to hello@exitfounder.io with the receipt; refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
